This Master Services Agreement entered into on the ('Effective Date') between: (1) Solidsoft Reply, a company registered in England and Wales (number 02853022) with its registered office at 38 Grosvenor Gardens, London, SW1W 0EB (‘Solidsoft Reply’); and, (2) the customer identified below ('Customer'), sets out the terms and conditions under which Solidsoft Reply agrees to provide the Services in accordance with the general terms and conditions set out in Section A ('General Terms') and one or more Service Specification(s) (as applicable) set out in Section B.
