This contract Amendment #1 with United States Tennis Association-Florida Section, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, shall include changes & clarifications indicated below. Except as modified herein, the terms and conditions of the Contract that began December 1, 2017 shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent of any conflict between the terms of the previously mentioned documents and the terms of this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall control.
