THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region and the User set forth below for the purpose of reserving certain Meridian Ranch Recreation Center facilities (the Facility) to the User for the purposes set forth herein. User agrees to abide by and conform to the attached Terms and Conditions of this Facility Reservation Agreement and the Meridian Ranch Recreation Center Operational Polices and Procedures, as well as all other rules and regulations from time to time adopted or prescribed by the YMCA and Meridian Metro Service District.
