TERMS AND CONDITIONSWaste Disposal Agreement • November 14th, 2024
Service and Term: Customer grants to Company the right to collect and dispose of and/or recycle all of Customers Waste Material (as defined below) as set forth in this Agreement and customer agrees to comply with, and to make mely, monthly payments as set forth in, this Agreement, no earlier than the Date Service Begins. Company shall comply with Titles 16 A and 16 B of the NYC Administra ve Code and all rules promulgated pursuant thereto, and any other laws, rules and regula ons applicable to this Agreement. Company will remove Customers Waste Material from the Service Loca on provided that the Service Loca on is consistent with all applicable laws, rules and regula ons. Except as a result of Excused Performance (as defined below), Company may alter or modify pick up mes upon at least seven (7) days prior wri en no ce to Customer. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Date Service Begins and shall con nue for a period of five (5) years. In no event shall the term of this
