This Software License and Service Agreement, including all schedules and appendices hereto (the “Agreement”), is between DNN® CORP. (“DNNCORP”), a Delaware corporation located at 155 Bovet Road, Suite 201, San Mateo, California 94402 USA, and the purchaser or user of DNNCORP’s commercial software and services, either an individual or an entity on whose behalf an authorized individual is agreeing to this Agreement (“LICENSEE”). The Effective Date of this Agreement is the earlier of the date that LICENSEE downloads the Software or receives Services.
