IMPORTANT: The referenced materials are sub-licensed by Schneider Electric Buildings (LICENSOR) to the end-user (Licensee) for their use only on the terms below. Accepting and using these programs indicates the Licensee’s acceptance of these terms. The Licensee has the right to promptly return the Software for a refund if the terms below are not acceptable to the Licensee. This Computer Software License Agreement (Agreement) and any schedule attached by LICENSOR (Schedule) is a legally binding agreement between the LICENSOR and Licensee.
