Dremio Corporation or its Affiliate(s), as identified in the Agreement (“Company”) and [ ], a company incorporated and existing under the laws of [ ] and with its principal offices at [ ] (“Partner”, each “Party”, together “Parties”), have entered into a principal agreement on (“Agreement”) for the provision of the services (“Services”), and are agreeing to these Data Protection Terms (“DPA”). This DPA is entered into by Company and Partner and supplements the Agreement. This DPA will be effective, and replaces any previously applicable terms relating to its subject matter, from the Terms Effective Date.
