This Amendment (“Amendment”) is to the Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement between Gallatin River Communications, L.L.C. d/b/a CenturyLink GRC f/k/a Gallatin River Communications L.L.C. (“CenturyLink”) and SprintCom, Inc. and WirelessCo, L.P. jointly through their agent Sprint Spectrum L.P.: jointly d/b/a Sprint PCS (“CMRS”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
