This Agreement and Disclosure Statement covers your VISA® EMV Debit Card(s) Account (“Account") with us. In this Agreement the words "you" and “your" mean any user of your Account. “We," “our" and "us" mean Schlumberger Employees Credit Union (“SECU”), Sugar Land, Texas. “Card” means any access device issued to you by us under the terms of this Agreement and includes a Plastic Card, any renewal or replacement of the Card and/or use of the account number on your Card. “Overdraft Protection Account(s)” means an account or accounts which you or a joint signer on the Account have set up through a separate agreement, from which funds are transferred into the Account to pay charges associated with the Card when there are not sufficient funds in the Account. “Sales Draft” or “Draft” means any sales draft, withdrawal slip or other document signed or otherwise authorized by you or a person authorized by you in connection with the use or presentation of the Card (or the account number printed on
