This EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT (Community Sports Complex Site) (this "Agreement"), dated for purposes of identification only as of June 14, 2011 (the "Date of Agreement"), is hereby entered into by and between the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a municipal corporation ("Anaheim"), and GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH ATHLETICS, LEARNING & SERVICE (GOALS), a California non-profit corporation (the "Developer").
