The Parties agree that these Terms and Conditions govern the Services provided to the Customer by ATPI Griffinstone China Company Limited (trading as ATPI Corporate Travel, ATPI Sports Events, ATPI Corporate Events, ATPI Mining and Resources or ATPI Marine and Energy) (“ATPI”).1.
