The terms and conditions set forth in this document below, including those contained in Attachment A at the end of this document, together with the terms and conditions contained in the Proposal (the “Proposal”) that was signed by AMS.NET Inc. (“we,” “us” or “AMS.NET”) and the user (“you,” “user” or “Customer”) of AMS.NET’s enterprise and small business Interconnected VOIP services (“Service”) constitute a single agreement (this “Agreement”) between AMS.NET and you. This Agreement governs both the Service and any devices, such as an IP phone, IP Softphone, Analog Telephone Adapter or any other IP connection device, sold or otherwise furnished to You by AMS.NET (“Device” or “Equipment”), and also applies to all lines on each AMS.NET account.
