This First Amendment to Winchester Crossing Reimbursement Agreement (this "Amendment") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF PRINCETON, TEXAS, a general-law municipality in Collin County, Texas ("City"), and D.R. HORTON - TEXAS, LTD., a Texas limited partnership ("Developer"), dated to be effective as of the Effective Date (as defined herein). City and Developer are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
