As the basic of the construction services, the ‘Contract’ between the Employer and the Contractor is the most important part that both parties have to pay special attention and care. The construction of the ‘Dermaga’ here to be done by the special specifications, instead of the common specifications. Some parts of the constructions are underwater works, which means there will be many unforeseen condition which may led to changing in design which are related with every stages of the works. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the selection of construction contract model of ‘Dermaga’ construction work in order to have the fair and balance condition.
