HUNTERS POINT SHIPYARD) (this “Guaranty”) dated as of , 20 (the “Effective Date”), is made by Lennar Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Guarantor”), to and for the benefit of the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, a public body, corporate and politic, of the State of California (the “Agency”). Unless otherwise defined in this Guaranty, all initially capitalized terms used in this Guaranty shall have the meanings given to them in the CP/HPS DDA (as defined below).
