This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Nebraska Landscape Solutions, Inc., 2120 Cornhusker Hwy., Suite C, Lincoln, NE 68521-1475 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 14, 2017 executed under City Directorial Order No. 16695, and County Contract C-17-0183, dated March 7, 2017, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on February 14, 2017 , for Annual Supply - Ice Melt, Bid No. 16-270, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
