OHSU and ONA agree to the following master Accretion Agreement provisions for employees of Adventist who are offered positions with OHSU due to conversion of work from Adventist Hospital from Home to OHSU Hospital from Home. OHSU will provide ONA a separate notice to ONA with Adventist Hospital from Home employees who are being accreted. This notice will include the anticipated accretion date, name, job title and contact information of each employee to be accreted.
