This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is designed to facilitate an open, collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship between the Belmont Sister City Association Inc. (BSCA) and the City of Belmont. It aims to enhance the promotion of harmony through meaningful cultural exchange between the City of Belmont and its Sister City of Adachi in Japan.
