If you opened your account(s) with Renasant Bank before December 1, 2023, this Amendment to Deposit Account Agreement (“Amendment”) reflects changes to the Deposit Account Agreement (“Agreement”) governing your account(s) with Renasant Bank. If you opened your account(s) on or after December 1, 2023, the changes discussed in this Amendment have already been incorporated into the version of the Agreement provided to you at account opening, and this Amendment is inapplicable to such account(s). The changes affect the terms governing the resolution of disputes between you and us relating to your account(s). As set forth in this Amendment, the terms of Section 52 of the Agreement, referred to in this summary as the “Arbitration Provision,” are changing, and a jury trial waiver for non-arbitrated claims has been added.
