By signing this protocol the Minister of Education of the Flemish Community, Daniel COENS, and the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, Petr VOPENKA, express their willing- ness to co-operate in the implementation and the realisation of a project aiming to establish educational twinnings between Flemish and Czech vocational and technical schools, the details of which are to be drafted by the Ministry of Education of the Flemish Community in co-operation with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic.
