THIS AGREEMENT is entered between the Dzongkhag Livestock Sector (hereinafter referred to as “DLS”), Dzongkhag Administration, Trongsa (hereinafter referred to as “DAT” & “DLDEC”) interchangeably; and Youth & Youth Groups; hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Proponent(s)”. Wherever necessary, it shall also be referred to as “Farm”, interchangeably.
