This Proprietary Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between the Customer identified in the applicable order form (“Order Form”) executed between ScyllaDB Inc.or Scylla DB, Ltd. as set forth in the Order Form (“ScyllaDB” or “Company”) and the customer identified in the Order Form (“you” or “Customer”) and shall be effective as of the effective date set forth in the Order Form (“Effective Date”). This Agreement shall be an integral part of such Order Form, setting forth the terms and conditions upon which the ScyllaDB database software (the “Software”) is licensed to Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions hereunder. Capitalized terms not defined under this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Order Form.
