THIS SUBLEASE AGREEMENT, dated as of April 1, 2017 (this “Sublease Agreement”), is by and between the MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION OF LOS ANGELES, a nonprofit public benefit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “Corporation”), as lessor, and the CITY OF LOS ANGELES, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (the “City”), as lessee.
