This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of January 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as the Chicago Public Schools (the “Board” or “CPS”) and Vertosoft, LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation, with principal offices located at 1602 Village Market Blvd #215, Leesburg,VA 20175 (the “Vendor”). The Board and Vendor may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
