This Data License Agreement (this "Agreement"), version 1, effective as of February 2021 (the "Effective Date"), is by and between DefinedCrowd Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Licensor") and all consumers of the data covered by this license ("Licensee"). Licensor and Licensee may be referred to herein collectively as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party."
