This Membership Form (the “Membership Form”) is a contract between ”SUSE,” (as the legal entities identified below) and the customer entity named below (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”). Participation in the Master License Agreement (“MLA” or “Agreement”) Program is subject to all terms contained herein. Upon acceptance of Your Membership Form, SUSE will assign a unique MLA number to You.
