This Grant Contract, by and between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments, hereinafter referred to as “ACOG” and the Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA) hereinafter referred to as the “Grantee,” is for the provision of reimbursement of certain costs incurred for the purchase of compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling infrastructure equipment as further defined in the "SCOPE OF SERVICES."
