These General Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) are a contract between the individual whose name appears in the signature block below (the “Participant”, “you”, or “your”) and Zero Emission Vehicle Cooperative, its business partners, and its affiliates (collectively, “ZEV co-op,” “we”, “our”, or “us”). The terms and conditions provided in this Agreement apply to your use of vehicles in the ZEV co-op carsharing program (the “Vehicles”) and any other services, applications, or features offered by ZEV co-op (collectively, the “Program”), including your membership in ZEV co-op (your “Membership”), if applicable.
