All Contracts or Purchase Orders made or entered into by the University of Delaware (“University”) which are paid in whole or in part with funds from the United States federal government pursuant to a grant, contract, loan, insurance, or guarantee, shall contain the terms of 2 CFR Part 200, including, but not limited to the contract provisions of Appendix II to Part 200, as they may be amended. University and the contracting party, whether referred to in the contract as Supplier, Contractor, Vendor, Subcontractor, Recipient, Payee, or another descriptor (hereinafter in this Addendum referred to as “Supplier” or “Contractor”) agree to incorporate 2 CFR Part 200 terms and this federal funding addendum (collectively referred to as the “Federal Funding Addendum”) into the contract between University and Supplier which supersedes all other terms unless otherwise expressly noted.
