On October 25, 2010, the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors authorized the issuance of an invitation for bids for the construction of the Sand Canyon Avenue Railroad Grade Separation Project. Bids were received in accordance with the Orange County Transportation Authority’s public works procurement procedures. Board of Directors’ approval is requested to execute the agreement.
