The Parking Lot located at 588 E. Alma Avenue is an integral support facility to San Jose Municipal Stadium and Sharks Ice at San Jose. The City of San Jose (“CITY”), Baseball Acquisition Company, Inc. (“GIANTS”), and Sharks Ice at San Jose (“SHARKS”) have agreed upon the following roles and responsibilities for managing the Parking Lot.
