This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Local Wholesale Complete Commercial Agreement (LWC) by and between AT&T-22STATE and Image Access, Inc. d/b/a NewPhone, Image Access, Inc. d/b/a NewPhone, Inc. (“CARRIER”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, executed June 22, 2009 and shall apply in the State(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
