The intent and purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Airport Consulting Architectural/Engineering firms for the purpose of the County of Cortland selecting a single firm to provide planning, design, and general construction administration and inspection services for various federal, state and locally funded projects at Cortland County Airport, Cortland, NY over a five-year period with an option to renew for an additional five-year period if mutually agreed upon by the County, The Airport Advisory Board, and the selected consulting firm. A table showing anticipated federally funded projects during the five-year period is included at the end of this document. This selection will be in compliance with the requirements set forth in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular 150/5100-14D together with the requirements listed in this request.
