These ATTEST DIGITAL G-Cloud Services Terms and Conditions (“ATTEST DIGITAL Terms” or “Supplier Terms”) form part of an agreement for the provision of services by ATTEST DIGITAL Limited (“ATTEST DIGITAL”) under a call-off agreement (“Call-Off Agreement”) as defined in the UK Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud Services Framework Agreement between ATTEST DIGITAL and the Crown Commercial Service (“Framework Agreement”). They apply between ATTEST DIGITAL and each party (“the Customer”) entering into a Call-Off Agreement.
