This Restated and Amended Joint Powers Agreement for the Coordinated and Cooperative Provision of Emergency Medical Services in Ada County (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Ada County, the Ada County Emergency Medical Services District, the City of Boise, the City of Meridian, Kuna Rural Fire District, Eagle Fire District, and Star Joint Fire Protection District, and Middleton Rural Fire District and is effective as of the last date of execution of this Agreement.
