This Participating Addendum for the above referenced Master Agreement (“Participating Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, a Washington State governmental agency (“Enterprise Services”) and The Hertz Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Contractor”) and is dated and effective as of May 1, 2023.
