(AGREEMENT) is made and entered into this 7th day of August, 2024, by and between the Town of Lake Park, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, having an address of 535 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida, 33403 (“Town”) and LaPorta Contracting, LLC., having an address of 1975 E. Sunrise Boulevard, Suite 822, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33304, (“Contractor”).
