You may not remove or modify any copyright or version information contained within EXEs, DLLs, APPs, nor OCZ/ActiveXs. Your rights under this License will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of the Agreement, as amended from time to time by Company. Additionally, Company may terminate the Agreement at any time for any reason without any liability to you.
