This Contract is entered into by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and Ash Street Properties, LLC, with respect to the Property located at 50 Ash Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina. The Property includes approximately 61.12 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 7-04-00-056.04 and 7- 04-00-056.00. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of August 1, 2020, and any amendments thereto, by Ash Street Properties, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
