This RECIPROCAL LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made as of this day of , 2010, by, between, and among the City of Irvine (“City”), the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and Heritage Fields, El Toro, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Heritage Fields”). The parties to this Reciprocal License Agreement are hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Parties.”
