This Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) is entered into by and among Pima County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (“County”); the Town of Oro Valley, a municipal corporation; the Town of Marana, a municipal corporation; the City of South Tucson, a municipal corporation; the Town of Sahuarita, a municipal corporation; the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, a federally recognized Indian tribe; and the Tucson Airport Authority, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation (referred to collectively as the “Participating Jurisdictions”).
