This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into on January 15, 2021, and describes and confirms the expectations and responsibilities of Cerritos Community College District (“District”) and Mt. San Jacinto College, an educational institution (“MSJC”), collectively referred to as “Parties,” or “Party” in the singular, regarding the provision of donations by MSJC to District as detailed herein.
