Weymouth, MA 02190 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and MMG may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).

(“MMG”), an S Corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with offices at 33 Union Street S., Weymouth, MA 02190 and Verizon Maryland Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Verizon and MMG may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
