THIS AGREEMENT is made this 4th day of August, 2021 between J. T Vaughn Construction LLC, hereinafter called the “Contractor,” and the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System, hereinafter called the “Owner.” Capitalized terms used in this Agreement, unless otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Owner’s current Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions (UGSC).
