As you embark on a course leading to the BDS programme, you must agree to a number of expectations. Some of these have been set by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), others by the General Dental Council (GDC) one of our regulatory bodies. As you will be undertaking a course which involves treating National Health Service (NHS) patients, you must also comply with the rules of the Teaching Hospital Trust in which you will be undertaking most of your clinical work. This document details the expectations you must sign-up to and comply with.
