The landlord is considered to be the main tenant of the rental property as described in § 1 on the basis of a general lease agreement. With the conclusion of this sublease agreement, the tenant gives his/her consent for the landlord to transfer its rights and obligations from this agreement as the landlord to the main tenant, whereby it is amicably clarified that a transfer of the contractual relationship with the main lessor automatically leads to the creation of a main lease relationship with the tenant while maintaining the following contractual terms.
