This Master Research Core Services Agreement (the “Core Services Agreement”), effective as of December , 2018 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (together with its affiliates collectively referred to as “CHOP”) and The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as “PENN”). CHOP and PENN are sometimes referred to herein, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
