As a placement provider, you are one our most valuable resources and we rely on your goodwill and professionalism to mentor our students in order for them to develop their knowledge and understanding of early learning and childcare (ELC) and apply it to practice. Our students will be looking for you to support, encourage and guide them, but gradually as they gain confidence in themselves and their own ability, it is our aspiration that they will demonstrate initiative, independence and professionalism as well as becoming a valued member of your team.
