THIS SUPPORT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made by and between The Conversation US, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (“The Conversation US” or “TCUS”), and the Member Institution listed below (the “Member”) for participation in The Conversation US as a Support Member.
