Effective January 1, 2021, the 2020 New York City Collective Bargaining Agreement (the “2016 CBA”) between SEIU Local 32BJ (the “Union”) and Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. (the “Employer”), as extended and modified by the May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021 Memorandum of Agreement (the “2020 MOA”) (collectively, the 2016 CBA and the 2020 MOA are referred to hereinafter as the “CBA” or the “NYC Agreement”), and the successor agreement to the CBA, shall apply to Unarmed Security Officers in Lobby Operations at Yankee Stadium, with the following modifications:
